Accommodation

Rannoch is a large cottage in immaculate condition in a prime position within the village of Drymen. Its public rooms and bedrooms all look south over large completely secluded gardens.

Ground Floor

• Large Entrance Hall
• Family Room with doors onto patio and TV.
• Large Sitting Room, also with doors onto patio, with wood burning stove.
• Magnificent, spatious newly fitted kitchen with rayburn and dining area to accommodate 8.
• Downstairs cloaks with washing machine.

First Floor

• Master Bedroom with cathedral ceiling, four poster bed and ensuite (shower over bath).
• Bedroom 2 is a large room with double bed and ensuite (shower over bath).
• Bedroom 3 has twin beds and ensuite (shower over bath).
• Bedroom 4 is a smaller twin room with ensuite shower room.

Garden

The garden is beautifully maintained with a large level lawn that is ideal for children and games (including a 14 foot trampoline). The garden has a large patio area that is ideal for barbequing and eating/sitting out. There is also ample parking for cars at the front.
