It hosts a number of pubs and restaurants, a few village shops, post office, bank and a well known art gallery. Drymen has an exciting history, including the oldest pub in Scotland and boasts famous locals, such as, Rob Roy and Eric Liddel.

Loch Lomond

Rannoch is set in its own beautiful grounds, within Scotland's first National Park. With Loch Lomond on the doorstep, it is an ideal holiday location for those with sailing and walking interests but also ideal for those who would just like to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The house is no more than 500 yards from the centre of Drymen and half a mile from the internationally renowned Buchanan Castle Golf Club. Fabulous sights, such as, the City of Stirling and Stirling Castle, Ben Lomond, The National Park Visitor Centre at Lomond Shores (Jenners and various other shops). With the added bonus of Glasgow being only 40 minutes and Edinburgh 1 hour away. The area is home to many Scottish Heritage and National Trust sites.
